From writing code to creating content. From my first written tech reviews on Facebook in 2013 to appearing on camera and covering some of the world's biggest technology events.
With over 15 years of professional experience in technology, my mission goes beyond introducing the latest gadgets. I want to help people understand technology, make smarter choices, and discover what truly adds value to their lives.
My Story Started Long Before the Camera
Long before people knew me as TechMama, technology was already a major part of my life. I studied Software Engineering at Petra University in Jordan, graduating at the top of my class in 2009.
I began my professional career as a software developer, writing code and contributing to the development of applications and systems. Over time, I moved into Product Management, working closely with development and design teams to turn ideas and user needs into real digital products.
At the same time, I had another passion: sharing what I knew about technology. In 2013, I started publishing written gadget reviews and technology tips on Facebook through different pages and under different names.
Back then, sharing technology knowledge was mostly about written posts, photographs, and conversations with the audience. Short-form videos had not yet become the dominant format we know today.
As social media evolved, so did my content. Around 2018, I gradually transitioned to Instagram and began creating short technology videos without showing my face.
Along the way, I experimented with different pages, names, and content styles. Every stage taught me something new about making complicated technology easier to understand.
Eventually, my journey moved from written reviews to videos, from behind-the-camera content to appearing on screen, and from sharing everyday tech tips to covering international product launches, speaking at conferences, and appearing on television.
Through this evolution, the identity people know today as TechMama was born.
Content creation never replaced my career in technology. Instead, my experience in software development and product management became the foundation of the content I create.
Today, through TechMama, I aim to bridge the gap between the companies building technology and the people using it every day.

I gradually moved to Instagram, experimenting with short tech videos, initially without appearing on camera, while developing my storytelling style.

Software Engineering
I started my career as a software developer, building applications and systems using technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript. This experience taught me how technology works behind the scenes, not just what users see on the screen.
Product Management
My career later evolved into Product Management, where I worked with development and design teams to transform ideas into useful products. From understanding user needs and prioritizing features to improving digital experiences, this role shaped how I evaluate technology.
Technical Background
I hold a degree in Software Engineering from Petra University, where I graduated at the top of my class. I also hold Microsoft technical certifications. My academic and professional background allows me to approach new technologies with both technical understanding and a user-focused perspective.
